Family Photoshoot – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

A session is confirmed once a booking fee of €50 is paid. This fee is non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the allowed time. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the photoshoot.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule up to 2 days before the session without penalty.
Cancellations made within 12 hours may result in loss of the booking fee.
In case of bad weather or photographer illness, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Session Details

The photoshoot will last approximately 1-2 hours and includes up to 3 people. Additional participants may incur an extra fee.

⁠Delivery of Images

Final edited images will be delivered within 14 days via an online gallery.
The number of included images: 50

Editing & Style

The photographer retains full creative control over editing style, composition, and image selection. RAW (unedited) images are not provided.

⁠Usage Rights

Clients receive personal-use rights (printing, sharing with friends/family).
Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
The photographer retains copyright of all images.

 Model Release

The client grants permission for the photographer to use images for portfolio, website and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

⁠Liability

The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, accidents, equipment failure) that may impact the session, but will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or compensate.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to arrive on time, ensure children are supervised, and cooperate during the session to achieve the best results.
